How does the deposit work? +
We place a €500 hold on your card at pickup. It isn't charged and is released when the bike comes back.
What happens if the bike is stolen? +
File a police report and send it to us. Your liability is capped at the €500 deposit. Always use the supplied lock through the frame and attached to something fixed.
Which size do I need? +
Tell us your height when booking, we do the rest. Roughly: XS < 163 cm, S 163-170, M 171-178, L 179-186, XL > 186. Between sizes? We'll ask about your inseam.
Can I cancel? +
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, full refund. Less than 24h: we keep one day's rate, refund the rest.
What's included? +
Included: lock · repair kit · pump · phone mount. Optional: helmet · €10/rental. And a human on WhatsApp for the whole rental.
Road or gravel tyres, what should I pick? +
Staying on tarmac (Montjuïc, the coast, city)? Slicks. Want Collserola trails and the Carretera de les Aigües? Gravel. Not sure? Gravel tyres roll fine on tarmac too, that's the default.
Do you rent e-bikes, city bikes, kids bikes? +
No. One bike, every size, done well. If you need an e-bike or a cruiser, other shops in town do that better than we would.
Can I keep the bike for a month? +
Yes, same €29.99/day, no subscription, hand it back whenever you're done. WhatsApp us for anything longer than 60 days.
Can I rent bikepacking bags? +
Yes, a full Apidura kit (saddle, frame, top-tube, bar and fork bags) for €12/day on top of any rental, or €15/day on its own if you ride your own bike. We have three kits, so book a few days ahead in season.
Where and when do I pick up the bike? +
Central Barcelona, the Eixample — the exact point comes with your confirmation. Slots every day, 9–11 am and 5–7 pm. Bring the card you paid with and an ID.
