Bike theft in Barcelona, honestly
Barcelona has a bike-theft problem. Every rental therefore comes with a solid lock and two simple rules: lock the frame to something fixed whenever you park, and keep the bike inside overnight. If it disappears anyway, file a police report. Your liability is capped at the €500 deposit.

We place a €500 hold on your card at pickup. It isn't charged and is released when the bike comes back.
What happens if the bike is stolen? +
File a police report and send it to us. Your liability is capped at the €500 deposit. Always use the supplied lock through the frame and attached to something fixed.
Do you rent e-bikes, city bikes, kids bikes? +
No. One bike, every size, done well. If you need an e-bike or a cruiser, other shops in town do that better than we would.
Can I cancel? +
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup, full refund. Less than 24h: we keep one day's rate, refund the rest.
Which size do I need? +
Tell us your height when booking, we do the rest. Roughly: XS < 163 cm, S 163-170, M 171-178, L 179-186, XL > 186. Between sizes? We'll ask about your inseam.
